I spent a good portion of my life Chasing after Charming only to be found wanting. Charming is not just a man, but anything that seduces your focus away from God. It all started when I was starving for the approval of the world and thus the chase began.

I chased after men, titles, accolades, beauty according to the world's standards, and material things. None of which satisfied my appetite. I was knee-deep in excuses until reality slapped me in the face after walking through my second divorce. Self-reflection was quite eye-opening and painful, but its where I found what my soul truly longed for.

My greatest desire is that my testimony will once again birth hope within you and offer you words of encouragement, words that challenge you, and words that will inspire you to keep evolving into the best version of you and a dedicated follower of Jesus Christ. Things I love

I love Jesus, my kids, my family, my sweet supportive friends, my church, my dogs (Wonder aka Big Baby & Cookie), a good strong cup of coffee - love our Nepresso coffee maker and the BEACH is my happy place!

I gave my life to Christ at the age of 12 only to take it back into my hands in my twenties. I danced with the devil for too many years until finally I experienced a 180. I grateful that God extended his love and mercy to me.

My daughter Devon and a couple of her friends started a Kingdom Church in Cedar Park, TX a few years back. She is a pastor and worship leader, song writer and a devoted Jesus follower. My son, Jordan just moved to Waco, TX this fall to begin working on his PhD at Baylor University. He traded in sports in response to God doing something amazing in his life. I am a proud mom!
