I See You

You don't have to climb trees, corporate ladders or have a big fancy title ...

Several years back I was driving into work and if I am completely honest, I was feeling sorry for myself (Debbie Downer) – I felt labeled and overlooked. That feeling called out to me – I need to prove myself, my worth, my value, my gift.

As I began to talk to God about it, He so beautifully reminded of the story of Zacchaeus in Luke 19. I don’t have to climb a tree to be noticed or strive within my own efforts to earn recognition, a title, or position.

I can rest assured that He sees me.

He wants to use me for His glory. No man-made label will ever outshine a God-given opportunity. Exodus 33:14 - The Lord said, “I Myself will go with you. I will give you rest.”
